Description:
Part two storey and part single storey extension to front and side; single storey side extension - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 21/06772/FU - I am seeking to change plans for the roof structure of the single storey extension. The plans shows a cranked steel structure which I'd like to change to a traditional timber hipped roof structure instead. I hope to construct the wall according to the plans but will hopefully use 7x2 or 6x2 c24 timber to construct a hipped roof back to the house. This will have the same angles as the hipped roof on the main existing house. As the steel roof structure won't be needed, a traditional strip concrete footing will be sufficient without the need for concrete pads to sit on top of the footings.
