No 20 Church Street is immediately adjacent the boundary of our garden. The previous owner of 12 Church Street planted fruit trees and mixed shrubs along this border. Since the trees are as close as approx. 1 metre to the house at No 20 the owners are worried about damage that may be caused to their property as the roots of the trees spread. We propose to remove two trees and replant with shrub or shrubs without invasive roots...Note: that damage has not occured. This work is mitigation for a risk of future damage.
