Description:
Demolition of existing 2.8m wide by 3.4m deep by 3m high corrugated iron stable structure which is in very bad repair and falling down. Replace existing concrete foundation which is crumbling away with new concrete foundation covering original stable building footprint plus an additional 3m in width and 0.2m in depth Erection of a prefabricated 5.5m wide by 3.5m deep by 2.43m high spruce log cabin.
