Description:
Application for permission to widen dropped kerb outside property to allow private access to existing off-street parking space easier. There is no change of use as there has always been an off-street parking space at the property. The road is narrow at the point where I reverse out of my space and when cars are parked inconsiderately it makes it difficult to swing round, even in a small car.
