Address:

Description:
At present the garage is used for storage and has been since we moved into the property late 2019. The proposed use due to our growing family will be for myself to use it as a place to work. My work consists of being a Data Architect for a food manufacturer, which is entirely laptop / computer based. There will be no on site meetings, I have a dedicated office in Leicester for such meetings. There will be no deliveries directly to the garage. I'm looking to convert my garage as a place for me to work. The work I'm looking to do will mostly involve the front of the garage changing - I'll be replacing the door to one which is more suitable to enter the garage daily and one which allows plenty of light entry. I'll be erecting stud walling within the garage, as well asp plasterboard for the walls and ceiling. The floor and walls will be fully insulated.
