Trees are modest-sized sycamore which have considerable canopy overhang into clients garden. Removal of limbs would not be appropriate works. Tree 1 is leaning against the applicants fence - Fell. Tree 2 is causing excessive shading poor amenity value - Fell. Tree 3 is causing excessive leaf fall remove overhanging branches and deadwood. The owners of the woodland David Mclean Homes (in Liquidation) have confirmed by letter of authority that Dickens Property Group are dealing with the property affairs of this Owner.
