The tree is estimated to be aprox 18m tall 10m to the East and 12 m to the West and 10 m to the North, aproximately, spreading over 3 gardens. I was unable to gain access to 8 Watling Road for the Southerly profile/size. It is propsed to reduce the radius on all sides by up to 2m and reduce in height by aprox 1 to 1.5m. Crown lift the canopy to aprox 5-6 m to allow light into the gardens and buildings, only smaller branches hanging down towards the ground.
