Address:
96 Acre Lane Cheadle Hulme Cheadle Stockpor
Description:
The works required is the removal of a fir tree which is located on the boarder between my property (96 Acre Lane) and next door 98 Acre Lane, Cheadle Hulme. The tree does not fall within the highlighted green protection area however I wanted to confirm the removal before work proceeds. The roots of the tree are now causing considerable damage to my driveway, I have had a tree expert visit the property who has confirmed this and also highlighted that the tree is growing considerably lopsided due, is beginning to lean and the root issue will continue to get worse and soon cause property damage. THE INDICATED TREE IS NOT PROTECTED AND NO APPLICATION IS REQUIREDThank you.TPO: 67W
