*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
Status not known
Address:
2 Priestnall Road Heaton Mersey Stockpor
Description:
Sycamore tree - the tree is located on my property, however overhangs the roof of the neighboring block of flats. The tree does shed some large branches, both onto the neighboring property and onto my driveway (one fell on my driveway last week). I am also about to start work on an extension on my property (planning approved) which would mean the branches would overhang the roof of the extension. We also have a shared drain running down our driveway (also picks up no4's drains). We have had serious problems with the drains previously due to root ingress, which led to flooding in our cellars. Adam for ProArb will be undertaking work. We are also willing to replant a silverbirch in a more suitable location. TPO#: 9N, HAR/CA21.
