*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
Status not known
Address:
Badricks Farm 94 Aylesbury Road Bierton Buckinghamshire
Description:
T1 - Yew: Observations: Located within a residential front garden, in extremely close proximity to the house, brick wall and main highway. This large Yew has outgrown it's current location and as a result is growing heavily on one side, and touching the residents thatched roof, as well as the utility lines outside of the property. The purpose of these works is to maintain the Yew in it's current location. Should this be left to grow it may become a ProW hazard, as well as causing damages to the residential property. Recommendations: Crown lift to provide 6 metres clearance from ground level on road side only. Reduce over extending limbs to bring into shape, by no more than 2 metres over the road and 1 metre on the house side. Cut back tree to give clearance of 1 metre from thatched roof and 1 metre from utility line. Sever 1 metre of ivy. T2 & T3 - Conifers: Observations: These trees are located between the residents outbuilding and boundary wall. The Conifers have outgrown the small space in which they are located, obscuring the nearby light column, beginning to grow around the utility cable and also touching the residents outbuilding thatched roof. The works recommended are to maintain the trees in their location, and reduce the risk of damages to the residential property. Recommendations: Top by 2 - 3 metres to below bulk of ivy. Remove ivy branches through both trees and remove 1 metre of ivy. T1 - Apple: Kind notification only Observations: The whole tree has uprooted and fallen through the neighbours hedgerow. Recommendations: Fell and grind.
