Description:
Purple leaf plum tree in South East corner of rear garden of 17 Singleton Road. Close to boundary fence near raised patio area. Would like to have this tree removed as overcrowded and interfering with another tree growing alongside/below it, is also blocking light to other plants in the garden. HAR/CA15, TPO 16N.

Description:
Mature Beech tree (T5 on sketch) to west side of property on Laurel Drive. Reduce back to previous pruning points We have recently moved into the property and note previous advice regarding a cherry tree (T7 on sketch) at the rear of the property which is at risk of collapse. The cherry tree is leaning over a drive access to Laurel flats and the branches are touching one of the flats. In view of the advice given on the 2014 planning application we would like to remove this tree to avoid any injury to person or damage to the flats. To fell the large silver birch (T1 on sketch) at the front of the house, which is in close proximity to the house. The silver birch tree has also caused damage to the stone driveway, which took several hours to rectify. To fell the Lawson Cypress (T2 on sketch) to the front of the property. This tree is very high. Conifers (T6 on sketch) to west of property next to the mature copper beech tree (both left and right side) and to the rear near Laurel flats are overgrown and require maintenance. We would like to lop 5-6 feet from the height of the rear conifer trees and 3-4 feet from the height of the side conifers and substantial pruning on the width of all to get under control. To fell the overgrown conifer tree (T11) to the east of the property which runs in between our house and 15 Singleton Road. There is already a hedge that runs in between both houses and there is a tree in15 Singleton garden which offers privacy. The conifer tree is overgrown and will be touching our house shortly and provides excessive shading. To fell both the silver birch (T8 on sketch) and the maple tree (T9 on sketch) at the rear as both are very high and provide excessive shading. To fell two conifer trees. HAR/CA15 ,TPO#:T236-16N

Description:
T1 - Large mature cherry tree along the western boundary of the property adjacent to Laurel Road. The tree has previously been pruned however it continues to grow rapidly and the customer favours the removal of this tree in order to allow the adjacent beech tree to flourish. We propose the full removal of this tree down to a low stump.Due to its proximity to the adjacent beech tree I would not recommend grinding the stump or planting a replacement tree at this point.T2 - Semi-mature beech tree suppressed by T1. Following the removal of T1 I would recommend slight remedial pruning of T2 to balance the remaining canopy which has been suppressed - this work is not easy to describe whilst T1 is standing. T3 - Small cherry tree growing at an angle away from the clients boundary fence into the driveway of the adjacent flats on Laurel Road. Both client and neighbours are happy with the tree leaning as it does and are aware of the possibility of collapse at some future date. Slight crown reduction of the right hand side of the tree as looking from Laurel Road. Approximately 20% (60cm).CONS: HAR/CA15, TPO: 16N
