Silver Birch located in rear garden - 30% reduction. In February 2021 a similar application was granted but due to the then owner selling the house shortly afterwards the work was never completed. I believe this application has expired and as the new homeowner wish to renew it to complete the works. Silver Birch tree as seen in photos has had a growth spurt which has cracked the concrete base in front of the garage leading to summer lane. Arboriculturist has suggested reducing the tree by one third prior to completing repairs to the cracked concrete base.
