Crown clean several chaffing branches. T2 - Beech sp. remove the first lower eastern branch back to source and clear the surrounding epicormic regrowth. T4 - Beech sp. southern canopy to reduce away from the building given a 1.5m building clearance. T5 - Horse Chestnut sp. - Fell, tree in decline, several cantered bark wounds, poor leaf cover, overshadowed by the Beech being a superior specimen. T6 - Beech sp. reduce the top canopy on the western side over the property by 2m, allowing a 1.5m building clearance; stem cuts no greater than 35mm. T7 - Ash sp. 20% ADB - Fell.
