Address:

Description:
Request for permission to carry out tree surgery on a tree adjacent to garden but on the childs play area at Red Kite Drive Oundle. This area is managed by RMG group. There have been incidents of branches being broken off and falling either in my garden or the childs play area. Understanding is that there is no tree preservation order on the tree but that is protected in that it was shown on the original plans for the area. Wish to proceed with a professional surgeon to carry out work ASAP to make the tree safe.
