- T12 Variegated Holly - Due to the sever suppression this tree is under due to the adjacent Lime trees, the future development of this specimen will be limited. I feel it would be prudent to remove this tree with a view to develop the area below, whilst reducing the adverse effects to the Limes tree.T13 Lime - Located at the front right boundary of the property, crown lift the lower branches to a height of 4 meters from ground level. This would help to maintain growth, reduce the encroachment and allow the understory plant and shrubs to develop. T14 Holly - Due to the sever suppression this tree is under due to the adjacent Lime trees, the future development of this specimen will be limited. I feel it would be prudent to remove this tree with a view to develop the area below, whilst reducing the adverse effects to the Limes tree. T15 Holly - This tree is in clear decline with poor leaf density and size. On the time of inspection the majority of existing growth had become clorotic with evidence of dieback. I feel it would be prudent to remove this tree.T20 Pine - This Pine on time of inspection has shown to include a large amount of deadwood within the tree which is becoming an issue over the car parking spaces. The large limbs that exist within the canopy are in need of maintenance, however I feel that due to the nature of the species and the sometimes unavailable 'suitable' growth points, it would be extremely difficult to remove a significant amount whilst following guidelines set out in BS:3998. For these reasons I feel it would be suitable to remove the tree to as close to ground level as possible.
