Description:
Retention of works including, replace kitchen with traditional style shaker kitchen and solid work surfaces, replace fireplace, chimney to be squared up, sand and cement render and installation of log burner. Overboard and skim artex ceilings, replace modern stud work wall and form master bedroom with double glazed fixed panel, remove plaster board boxing to expose original beam. Remove hot water tank cupboard replaced by new boiler in kitchen, remove door and replace with stud work to finish wall, open up cupboard from the rear into the existing master bedroom ensuite to allow for a walk-in shower tray and screen. Boiler renewed with combi boiler equivalent, to supply underfloor heating, hot water and radiators. Ground floor: Existing chipboard floor lifted and jablite removed to expose original painted membrane, foil backed celotex used to replace insulation, membrane laid with expansion foam to all edges, and underfloor heating installed throughout ground floor. Floor screed pouring to accommodate finished floor. Bathrooms and sanitary ware: Replace old and leaking suites with new traditional sanitary ware.
