Plan to reduce height of 4 large Beech Trees behind house - visible only to our property & property of next door in our back gardens. Not visible from roads, or any other neighbouring property aside from next door. Trees are on border of two gardens and have grown to such a height that lots of light is blocked. Direct sunlight no longer reaches large parts of our property for most of the day due to the height/thickness of these trees. Trees are currently circa 60ft-70ft above ground level. Intention is to reduce by 30-40 ft. The Trees would retain look & character, but reducing height & thickness to allow light.
