Address:
54A Henconner Lane Chapel Allerton Leeds
Description:
T1 - Permission was granted earlier this year for a canopy reduction and removal of dead stubs. This was based on a tree safety report conducted in the winter. Since the tree has come into leaf, it is apparent that it is suffering from ash dieback with significant canopy loss. It is of particular concern as there are dead branches falling and the tree is overhanging the garage and driveway of the property, as well as overhanging the roof of the adjacent Stratford Court supported living complex. Please see attached updated arboricultural report for details of this. Of note, the tree surgeon is concerned that the tree won't be safe to climb within 12-24 months. If it is not removed within this time frame, then it will pose further risk to our property and adjacent properties.
