- The tree is on my land on the boarder as you look at the house on the right, its a very large oak tree. i have been told by the neighbours and previous owner that i have just brought the property from that large branches have fell and hit the Property/car and actually damaged their car previously. i have 2 small children and a dog who i don not want anything hitting them if they are playing in the front garden. i also do not want anything hitting either of our family cars or the house. would like the tree trimming back to the main trunk and reducing in height so i can be sure my property/family is safe.i would also like to suggest that if there was a possibility to completely remove the tree i would like to agree with the council to work with my 4 year old little boys school to go out and do some re planting of new trees as an educational bit of work.
