Following your Discharge of Condition no 10 on the above project and yourrefusal of Condition no 3 for insufficient information, I submit morecomprehensive detail along with your invite to inspect a sample panel of thestonework, brick coins and iron stone put into the lime mortar joint (as per theattached photograph) to match as close as possible the existing building.Specifically the materials are as follows:-1) Random stonework from:- Hythe, Fittleworth2) The brick coins are:- mixture of soft reds and blue grey headers.3) The mortar pointing is :- white cement and hydrated lime mix in proportionsof:- 5 sand; 1 sharp grit; 1 white cement; 1 hydrated lime.4) The black dot galleting:- is ironstone fractured to 5 to 10mm sizes.The roof covering as an extension of the existing slate roof is in matching Welshslate in both colour and size. The extended valley gutter is to be in code 4/5 leadstepped at no more than 1.5m intervals. The proposal is to replace the entire leadgutter to ensure a longer life of the roof.I trust the above information is sufficient for you to discharge the conditionunder the original application and that if you wish to make a site visit to view thedisplay panel, please let us know when you would require access.Application 23/P/00981.
