Description:
Remove the magnolia tree (number 5) as it is too big for the garden, will be difficult to move and causing visible damage to the wall. Keep the palm tree (number 6) where it is and move the Chilean Myrtle (number 7) further away from the wall and deeper if possible. I have contacted tree surgeons for help in assessing the viability of the above proposal and can discuss their recommendation at a site visit.

Description:
T1 on the sketch plan is an Indian Bean Tree which is currently overhanging the parking area and requires two lower branches to be removed in order to park cars and get in/out safely. T2 (not yet identified) on the sketch plan is causing the wall to crack which is visible from the parking area and is crowding the other three trees in a small area. I would like to remove this tree in order to preserve the wall and allow the other trees to grow. T3 on the sketch plan has been identified by a local tree surgeon as a Monterey Pine and it was planted approximately 15 years ago by previous owners. The canopy of this tree is completely shadowing the garden and house, covering everything in pine needles and preventing the significant growth of anything else. It is planted approximately 1.5m from the wall of the parking area and is already lifting the garden path so I also envisage damage to the wall. It is not a native tree to this area or country and i would like to remove this tree and potentially plant another more suited to the area and garden.
