Four sycamore trees ( on the sketch number 2,3 4 &5 in the back garden that are approximately 8 feet away from the building. The roots are creating cracks in the ceiling and walls of the property plus Im having a ground floor extension which will be within the 8 feet away from the building . I would like all the four trees removing from the garden. They are over 30 foot high and if there are strong winds im afraid they will fall onto the house . I will replant some smaller trees eg blossom trees when ive finished the extension works and redesigned the garden to a flatter level rather than it being very sloped at the moment eg put in some staggered flower beds
