Description:
Oak Tree - G9/16 - Current height approx 16m with a crown measuring approx 10m across. The proposal is a reduction in height and crown of 1.5-2m to reduce impact to neighboring property which the branches are now touching along with increased light to our own home. The tree is also blocking and hitting the street light at the front of our home. I have consulted a tree surgeon and he feels the tree is also beginning to appear diseased breaking off large chunks of branches regularly so needs reducing. The tree overhangs or driveway and is starting to damage the driveway with large cracks/movement appearing. The crown is approx .5m from our neighbors external walls and roof and a little further from our home
