*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Description:
Non-material amendment: 1) East Elevation - The windows and the timber louvers have been removed and a new lean-to cupboard to house the boiler and refuse bins has been included. The wall and cupboard is to be clad in weatherboarding to match the external finish of the rest of the extension. 2) North Elevation - The louvers to the window have been removed, upon reflection the louvers were impractical for cleaning the large fixed pain window. The proportion of the window has been amended from being a full height window to a wide, but shorter window that would fit within the oak framing of the structure and would provide a window seat internally. The North elevation is screened from view from the highway by tall hedging and shrubs and therefore have no adverse impact upon the street screen. 3) Roof - The detail of the thatch has been amended to reflect the typical ridge detail of the locality with a flush ridge with Hazalwood broaches, long rods and cross rods. 4) Roof - A black flue pipe from a wood burning stove within the extension to has been added to the North Elevation. 5) Glazed Link - The door to the garden from glazed link has been omitted to simplify the frameless glass details (relates to original application ref: 18/505500/FULL) as clarified by drawing SOO-19-01B.
