T022: Remove Ash tree diagnosed with die back, I have re-assessed and can confirm it has further deteriorated. T028: Clear lower epicormic growth up to 3 meters only on main stem. Other works not mentioned in report: Major Deadwood Oak and 3 lime trees identified to have large deadwood in canopy. Remove 3 large clumps of Ivy within garden not visible to public, to prevent too much spread of Ivy. Sever Ivy at base of all larger trees. Remove 1 stem of twin stemmed holly which is leaning significantly into highway. Trim back overhanging shrubbery (this is the regular trimmed mixed hedge) back to boundary up to 5.2 meters along Park valley road.
