Valuation
The most recent sale price indexed forward to today's value is £2,111,577. This is one data point to inform the valuation. Another method is the valuation implied by what comparable homes are selling for. Homes in Drayton Park are now selling for between £7,860 and £11,950 per square metre (£730 and £1,110 per square foot). Based on an internal area of 200 m², this implies a valuation between £1,572,000 and £2,390,000. Treat this as context only. For a valuation using hand-picked comparable sales, use the Advanced search tool — create a shortlist of similar condition homes, then export a valuation report.

Type:
Tree and hedge works
Status:
Status not known
Address:
116 Calabria Road, London,
Description:
We have two trees in our back garden, and we wish to remove the tree on the right as it has grown exponentially and having both trees in place significantly blocks the sunlight to the garden. Not only is this undesirable in the summer months when we spend a lot of time outdoors, but it means our ability to maintain various species of flowers is severely impacted due to the lack of light getting through. Having both trees brings a lot of insects to the garden and we have a toddler and will soon have a new baby and we want to minimise the impact of the bugs and insects while they play outside. We are proposing to keep the left hand tree and remove the right hand tree.
