- My request is to top the trees to the rear of my property which are overhanging onto Manchester Road.One tree is a poor specimen and is overhanging onto next doors garden and likely to fall.The big tree is taking lots of light from the house as is the tree in next doors garden that overhangs into mine.The trees are beautiful (with the exception of the poor specimen) and I feel privileged to have these in my garden however I would like permission to top them to have light throughout the day.
