Maple Tree (red) identified as (1) on attached sketch plan. Maple tree had suffered fire damage prior to us owning the property in 2005. The tree shed its leaves in June 2021 and there has been no sign of new growth in 2022 with majority of the bark falling off. There is now a fungii ring around the base of the tree suggesting decay. Some of the branches have snapped off during windy periods making surrounding garden area hazardous. Application is to fell tree to potential height of 8'.

Sycamore 1 Fell as roots exposed and has been shredding branches over past few years into adjacent field and neighbouring garden roots growing into ditch for which we are responsible. Tree surgeon advises sycamore should be removed
