Sale history
£335,000 on Feb 2023

*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Tree and hedge works

Address:
Rozelle Back Lane, Mileham, Kings Lynn, Norfolk,
Description:
To remove x21 Lawson Cypress Trees to ground level.; ; x18 of the Lawson Cypress trees run parallel to Back Lane along the SE - NW boundary of Rozelle. These were originally planted as a hedge in 1970 and have been left to grow into large trees. Some of the trees are now growing into the power lines and some have partially collapsed and are hung up on each other. The trees are all similar in height at approximately 12 -13 metres and range from 15 - 28cm diameter at breast height (DBH). The tree roots have recently damaged the mains water pipe which has now been repaired. They are also dangerous as some of them have collapsed and are hung up and others are growing through the power lines. These large trees also create a lot of shade and stop the road drying out creating ice patches and slippery road / walking conditions in the winter. ; ; The other x 3 Lawson Cypress Trees are at the back of the property at Rozelle and are along the N - S boundary. One of them is a large (13m) mulitstem tree and is in very close proximity to the property. This creates a lot of shade and is a risk to the property with it being softwood and multi-stem with a large sale and long lever arm. The other two are very large and unsightly as large branches have been taken off some time ago to expose the whole of the inside of the tree. They are also very close to next doors bungalow and create a lot of shade. ; ; The trees along the front boundary would be replaced with a native English hedge which would be much more in-keeping to this Norfolk village. It would also allow the road to dry out and let significantly more light into Rozelle and neighboring properties.
