Oak tree. The number on the sketch plan is T17. Due to the risks associated with significantly sized dead branches falling & the shading I wish to apply for the following: Reduce the canopy of the tree up to 30% from a total height of 14 metres & crown spread of 12 metres including the removal of dead wood. This would comply with BS3998 2010 & would not effect the value of the tree allowing the oak to live longer due to its height. I have attached a plan identifying the oak as T17. We have taken instruction regarding the species, height, radius & condition of the oak from an Arborist impact assessment which was conducted in November 2023.
