T1 Holly tree - growth disrupted by large conifer that we previously secured approval to remove. It has not grown as we had hoped and is pushing on the wall across the boundary of our house. The wall is a reigate stone wall that we would like to preserve. It is our intention to replace the tree with a suitable blossom. T2 Self seeded Oak - small oak tree that has self seeded from a neighbours property. It is our intention to create a beautifully landscaped Victorian garden but the oak provides too much shade across the garden. We would like other plants to thrive. T2 Evergreen pine tree - leaning over our neighbours property and is causing worry that it may fall. Significant branches have fallen into both gardens that could have caused injury. It is also covered in ivy which is compromising its integrity.
