Condition 2 restricts the permission to the land edged red on plan dated 31 March 1981, 3 to the 1981 permission states that ‘Not more than 20 touring caravans shall be sited on the area edged red on the submitted plan dated 31stMarch, 1981'. and condition 4 states that ‘The site hereby approved shall only be used for accommodating caravans from 1st March to 31st October in any year’.
