T1 Weeping Cotoneaster - Fell. Mature ornamental tree with DBH of 250mm. Unsuited to location so close to lounge window, resulting in poor outlook and loss of natural light. T2 Elm 0 Fell. Semi mature dual stemmed from ground level with tightly formed included union. Each stem has a DBH of 270mm. The twin stems have presumably developed from a previously felled Dutch Elm Disease parent tree. The tree is heavily colonised by ivy. The tree stands approximately 4.5m from rear elevation and is considered unreasonably close to the dwelling. T3 Amelanchier - Fell. Mature large shrub that hosts 5 stems with DBH T5 Horse Chestnut - Remove snags and dead wood, crown lift to 3.5m (crown lift restricted to tertiary branch material only) and sever ivy at ground level . Tree supports minor bacterial infection viewed on basal area.T4 Ash - fell to ground level. Rear garden tree with Ash dieback (added by Tree Officer following correspondence with agent)
