Address:
5 Stable Cottage Maidenhatch Pangbourne Reading West Berkshire
Description:
This application is for a small garden room located in our garden, which is remote from the house. Built around 1897, Maidenhatch Estate was a significant country estate comprising a main house and a number of associated outbuildings, stabling etc. The estate was divided up and sold off in lots around 50 years ago. 5 Stable Cottages was converted from part of a stable complex into a 2 bedroom house at about that time. Since no attached rear garden space was available, a separate garden plot was included approximately 30m from the house.
