*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Description:
We wish to install an EV charger point near to our garage which is located in the private road at the back of our property at 10 West Street. Our installers, Octopus Energy, require that the charger should be connected directly to the smart meter which is located in our entrance alleyway by our street door on West Street. Our proposal is to run the connection along the entrance alleyway, adjacent to the existing house mains supply. Then across the alleyway inner door architrave, and out on to the left-hand garden wall. The run extends along the wall, which extends about halfway towards the charging point. For the final run, the cable will be attached to concrete fence gravel boards which extend all the way to the garden gate. Then the cable turns right and is to be routed under the left-hand border, and under the garden path, rising on to the garage wall. At an appropriate height, the cable passes into the garage. The proposal is to mount the charging unit on the front of the garage right-hand pillar. The charging unit chosen is one of the smallest on the market, Ohme Pod (H 230, W 140, D 100 mm).
