Removal of Scots pine. Reason. Excessive shading to garden of 27, tree also leans towards direction of houses, and as it grows the lean becomes more prominent. Pine needles cause excessive blocking to gutters of 27. In the area there are several other trees, which offer natural habitat for nests and birds. No nests have ever been witnessed in the scots pine. According to Welwyn Hatfield web-site there is a TPo group close by, unclear if this tree sits within it, hence permission being requested as precaution. Both the land owner (no 26) where tree is sited and neighbour 27 agree on removal.
