Planning applications
March 2016
- Type:
- Amendments or alterations arising from an existing or previous application
- Status:
- Status not known
- Address:
- Rookery Farm Church Road Westhorp
- Description:
- Non-material amendment sought following grant of planning permission 0029/08. 1) Weather board the barn instead of render as it always was weather boarded. The plinths on the barn have a 100mm edge from the barn frame so insulation can still be put externally and have the weather boards finish flush with the edge of the plinth.2) The planning permission shows 2 porches to be added to the barn which are never there. I propose to leave them off the barn and have glazed windows and doors in these openings.2) I proposed to reduce the size of all the windows and make them more traditional.
