Height approx 14 metres tall so reduction of height by 2.8 metres and outer parts of the crown to a balanced shape. These trees have outgrown their location on this small cul-de-sac. The trees are sheading branches, some very large onto the surrounding areas. We want to act on this now before they become more unmanageable.

T1 Lime tree- Removing epicormic growth to 5 metres, remove dead wood. Height reducing tree to reduce vast size by approx 1/3 size of tree (5 metres) to make more compact to a suitable union. Tree leans towards house (truck is 8metres from house). The tree is more than double the size of the house and as in close proximity to numerous houses on street my neighbours (No 11 - Keith and Denise Hamhill, No 8 - John and Pauline Coggill - who have put a TPO in for the vast lime in there garden too) and ourselves are concerned if the tree came down or large branches snapped off in high winds, we get in this cul de sac, it could be catastrophic. We are concerned who's liability damage or destruction to our or surrounding properties who be should we not be permitted to carry out this required safety work to reduce risk. Please can you answer this point in our reply re:liabilty.
