Replacement of existing roof with a new slate roof. The existing roof is in disrepair and is beyond its design life. We have been advised it requires full replacement. The works are a like-for-like replacement save that whereas currently man-made (asbestos) tiles are being used we will be replacing with very high quality Canadian slate tiles (slate being what the property would originally have had). The architectural features of the roof are going to remain the same as they are currently.
