The gentleman that lives across the road from the tree in question has raised concerns that the tree looks unsafe & if falls in a storm may fall on his cottage. It is an ASH TREE. We therefore need an expert opinion from the council to reassure that his concerns are unfounded at this time. The tree is on part of our farmland & it has a TPO on it. We do not propose to do any works on it unless needed to.
