Dealing with trees at the rear of the property Sycamore and Ash coming out of the decking, T1. Sycamore remove ivy, remove major deadwood, shorten approximately 2 lateral branches in the canopy by one metre to produce a more solid form. to crown raise and tidy crown. T2 Ash adjacent lowest limb remove two secondary laterals slightly higher in the canopy reduce by 1 - 1.5 metres to balance. Remove major deadwood. to crown raise and tidy crown. Trees outside the decking balustrade at the rear: T3 Hazel cut back to outside the level of the balustrade. to minimise overhang. Small Ash to the left no works currently required. T4 Central Ash which leans extensively over the neighbouring property section fell to as close to ground level as possible. Poor suppressed specimen posing a threat to property at rear. Ash to the right retain but review in approximately 12 - 18 months.
