1) Remove existing slate roof covering in order to repair and replace rotten roof rafters. Refit with New Cement Fibre Slates with similar size, colour and appearance to the existing roof covering. No alteration is being made to the shape or pitch of the existing roof. Existing velux windows on rear pitch of roof will remain (these are not visible from the road at the front of property).2) Fit extractor fan to bathroom which will vent through rear pitch of the roof (and will not be visible from the road at the front of the property). 3) Fit new white UPVC gutters and down pipes to front & rear of property. 4) Fit flue vent pepper pots to existing brick chimneys.5) Due to the appearance of cracks, hack off existing white painted render to front and rear of house and re-render using a sand and cement lime based render, decorated with a white paint. 6) Replace front door with composite door & back door with UPVC door
