£10,000 on Feb 2025 (est. today's value: £10,216)

*This price paid record has been flagged by Land Registry as a 'Category B: Additional Price Paid entry'. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the sale being a buy-to-let purchase, a repossession or a transfer to a limited company. When Land Registry suspects that a sale does not reflect full market value (e.g. part-ownership or right to buy), these transactions can be flagged as well. For this reason, we exclude them from our area statistics.

Address:
Inglenook Falkenham Road Falkenham Ipswich Suffol
Description:
T1 ChestnutThis is a large mature tree with standing within 4m of the house. The crown extends over the house, car port adjacent access and neighbouring garden. There is a large wound on the house side with hollowing and decay at approx. 4m height and a large upright side limb with weak union. There are various old wounds and weak unions within the crown which has a heavy limb structure and there has been previous branch failures. There is a potential risk of further failure and damage to the property. The property owners are very concerned with the safety of the tree in relation to its location to the property and it causes them a great deal of worry and potential insurance issues. There is a better quality lime tree directly behind this tree which would benefit its removal and limit any visual effect.Fell the tree to maintain safety and benefit the adjacent Lime Tree.T2 LimeThis is a mature tree of good form. The lower branches are rubbing on the oil tank. Lift the crown over this garden only to 4-5m height to clear the Oil Tank.
