An Arborist had been contacted and could not identify the tree. He did however confirm that it's not listed or specifically protected and that it does not bare fruit. We double checked on the map showing the protected trees in the area and our garden is clear. The main issue here is safety. Constant falling of branches and waste coming off the tree. The tree is over 30ft high and is affecting the structure of the fence as well.
