- Description:
- Reduce the height of the trees forming a hedge between 55 St Bernard's Road and properties on Raddison Drive, at the request of residents of Raddison Drive. This work repeats a similar reduction made in 2015 under planning permission PP-04324741 that has now regrown. Reduce and reshape trees forming the boundary hedge with properties in Radisson Drive which have grown to be too large to serve as a hedge and shade the Raddison Drive properties excessively. Reduction will be by 3 or 4 metres, to bring the hedge in line with the height of adjoining properties (57 for example) and will be executed to retain some variation in the height across the trees. The trees to be reduced are all hedge conifers, and are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 on the plan supplied. See attached description of work and plan showing location of trees.
