The tree is getting rather large and shading the smaller fruit trees in the garden, reducing crown by 2.5 meters would allow more sun light in the garden and towards the smaller fruit trees. A 2.5 meter reduction would also prevent the long heavy branches failing. T2 Pear tree. We wish to thin the pear tree losing all crossing branches and crown reduce by by up to 1 metre. This will keep the tree away from other existing trees and help to maintain the shape. T3 Elm tree in neighboring house. The Elm tree is growing over the boundary and towards no.17. We wish to reduce the tree back towards the boundary by 2 meters keeping shape. This will stop the trees branches touching the house.
