Description:
Solitary Laburnum tree positioned midway up our drive has died - not produced any leaves this year and is bare. We are worried if it decays or falls it could cause damage, and also as it is dead it is not attractive and provides no added amenity to the area. We would like permission to have it felled and removed.

I have had a review from Glenn O'Neill of Mapperley Tree Services on 27th April 2019. We would like permission to pollard 2 lime trees, numbered 1 and 2 on sketch. Both of these trees have clearly been pollarded in the past. This is because of excessive shading, encroachment over adjacent pavement, and significant height and blocking of light to the property and driveway especially when the trees are in full leaf. Tree 3 on the sketch, species uncertain, appears to be dead, no greenery . Would like permission to fell. Tree 4 is chestnut, would like permission to do limited crown lift to improve light and ensure pavement not overhung excessively . Tree 5 is Laurel bush, would like to trim approx 6 feet off top to lower height, due to light and overhanging garden.
