The proposed extension would provide a larger living area/kitchen and an additional 3rd bedroom; timber clad with bi-fold doors out from the living space and 3rd bedroom out to the garden. The addition of the extension and modernisation of the bungalow would mean that the building could be effectively insulated and it is intended that all windows are double glazed. The front ofthe bungalow would remain largely unchanged apart from redecoration and general maintenance. Please refer to attached drawings and photographs. The timber clad in a dark colour has been chosen to be in keeping with other buildings in the local area, complimenting the existing building.
