Lift crown to 6m. tree is 20 - 25m tall with the lower branches (at about 8m height) extending to a spread of about 20 m. Causing overhangs in mine and my neighbours' gardens. I would like permission to reduce the spread to approximately 15m. Most of the removal would be at the 8m height but there would be some at a higher level. I do not wish to reduce the height. When complete the dimensions of the tree would be 20-25 m height with a branch spread of approximately 15 m.
