We are proposing to replace 2 dilapidated wooden wood stores that were located to the side of the property, which we have already taken down, with an outbuilding that will be used to store bicycles and garden equipment with a log store comprising part of the rear of the structure. We will be leaving an access path to the rear of the property between the fence and the proposed outbuilding. We would like to include light and power. The new outbuilding would abut the house but will not be accessible from the house. The maximum floor area will be 10.19 square metres and the maximum roof height will be 2.15 metres. The building will have a brick base matching the base of the property and the sides will be wood cladding and stained to match the windows of the property. The roof tiles will match the porch roof tiles. The front of the proposed outbuilding will be where the existing fence and gate are located.
